Property Investments World Wide are innovators in commercial and residential property investments, we search for untapped markets where demand by far outweighs supply. Our business model is geared around selecting developments in metropolitan and industrial zones, where investors can rely solely on long term lets for our self-funding units or resell property immediately on completion. We specialize in producing diversified property portfolios for investors.
Our in house market researchers study every region prior to our pursuit of any project. Each area must attain to a specific criteria which includes but is not limited to; infrastructure, employment levels, tourism, transport links and capital appreciation.
We are consistently examining markets for indicators that a region is soon to flourish; revived infrastructure, renewed transport networks, regeneration activity, economic prosperity and population growth. Through identifying these budding regions we are able to advise our clients on new dynamic markets.
We support each client by carrying out all due diligence on any one region before proceeding with a project. Furthermore, we inspect each developer's financial position, completed and current projects before pursuing a development. It is fundamental that each project we bring froward is not only a secure but also a lucrative investment for our clients, therefore we turn away around 90% of developments as we feel they do not meet our stringent criteria.
We offer investors an end-to-end investment service, and work on behalf of the investor not the developer. We source pre-vetted opportunities for our clients and provide support right through to the purchase process from exchange to completion and beyond. We look after the clients' interests, not the developers and manage the developer-client relationship by liaising with the developer on behalf of our client. This support protects the interests of the investor and helps reduce the investor's risks.
Following completion, we offer support to our clients in letting and re-selling their properties by negotiating discounts on the services provided by property management companies.
