We offer investors an end-to-end investment service, and work on behalf of the investor not the developer. We source pre-vetted opportunities for our clients and provide support right through to the purchase process from exchange to completion and beyond. We look after the clients’ interests, not the developers’ – and manage the developer-client relationship by liaising with the developer on behalf of our client. This support protects the interests of the investor and helps reduce the investor's risks.
Following completion, we offer support to our clients in letting and re-selling their properties by negotiating discounts on the services provided by property management companies.
